CrossFit Kids provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic for kids ages 5 – 13
Before I joined CrossFit Flood in the summer of 2012, I was a member of 24 Hour Fitness. All I cared about was lifting weights and getting bigger. When I first started CrossFit, I was afraid of getting weaker since many of the workouts are so cardio heavy. Not only did I get stronger, I also increased my cardiovascular endurance substantially.
Sometimes all we need is an extra push, and coaches Brian and Mike are always there to make sure we are reaching our potential. They push us beyond our physical and mental comfort zones to show us what we are truly capable of. They have been phenomenal in their efforts to make us better everyday. I have met so many great people that keep me going, and Brian and Mike–as well as the rest of the community–are the most motivating factor for me. I am happy to call CrossFit Flood my family! 🙂
Great location and friendly staff! I’m new to cross-fit and very surprised at the results in such a short period of time. I wish I started a long time ago. If getting in the best shape of your life interests you..give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed!
