I’ve been a member of Crossfit Flood for almost 4 years now and it’s an awesome gym with great, great people. The trainers are supportive and push you to be your best, but recognize everyone is at a different level of fitness. After spending years at the Y or trying to keep fit on my own, the atmosphere of community and challenge is what keeps me going back for more. The classes are small enough that you’ll get individual attention, and you’re sure to know people by name when you leave after your first session.
Since joining Crossfit Flood I have lost fat and gained muscle, but more importantly I have gained CONFIDENCE. My body and strength has changed more drastically in one year by coming to this gym than in 5 years of going to 24 Fitness and doing the same workout every other day.
I will never be able to express just how grateful I am to be part of the Flood Family. From the day I went in to try out a class I felt right at home and knew I was where I needed to be. The owners and trainers are dedicated to being the best they can for their members, all the while giving you the friendship and motivation that I believe is integral for a CrossFit Box.
