Clean + 5 Front Squats (4, 3, 2, 1)

*Try to increase weight each set

 

“DB Grace”

30 Clean and Jerks with 55/40 DB’s

*7 minute time cap

*DB’s touch ground on every rep, and go from ground to shoulder to overhead any way.

3 x Max strict pull ups + 10 DB Row (L/R)

3 x 10-15 Side raises + 10 Front plate raises
