*3 with one arm, then 3 with the other

*Try to increase weight each set

 

:10 AMRAP

50m Suitcase/Waiter carry 55/35

5 Burpees

 

*One arm will be at the side for a suitcase carry and the other arm held overhead for a waiter carry.

*You must complete 25m before switching arms.
