2 or 3 person team

100 Calorie Row

100 Deadlift

80 Calorie Row

80 Hang  Power Clean

60 Calorie Row

60 Push Press/Jerk

40 Calorie Row

40 Front Squat

20 Calorie Row

20 Thruster

RX = 135/95


*This can be done as a couple or trio. The row and lift are done as a couplet, so to move on to the hang power cleans you must finish all 100 calories and 100 DL’s and so on and so forth. When done as a 2 person team both work and switch as necessary, as a 3 person team, one rows one lifts and other holds a 20/14 MB over head and switch as necessary but reps and calories are not counted when a med ball is not over head.
