Single arm KB Clean + Front rack reverse lunge (1 rep = 1 leg)

*1 rep right hand, 1 rep left hand, 2 reps right, 2 reps left, 3, 3, 4, 4, etc. adding 1 rep each side until time expires

*RX = 53/35

*Movement quality over heavy weight
